BROCCOLI PRIMAVERA WITH CHEESE
SAUCE
 
4 tbsp. oil, olive
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 med. head broccoli, cut up
1 sm. red pepper
3/4 c. green onion
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. milk
5 oz. Velveeta
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. beef or sausage
Cooked spaghetti

In a large skillet, cook garlic in oil until brown. Discard garlic. Add broccoli, red pepper, onion, mushrooms and celery. Cook stirring until tender. Add the milk, cubed cheese, Parmesan cheese and oregano, cooking and stirring until cheese melts. Add meat. Serve over hot cooked pasta. 8 servings.
