BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 sm. boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) Kraft Cheese Whiz
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 sm. can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. chopped celery

Saute onion and celery. Cook rice until tender. Mix remaining ingredients and add onion and celery - then rice - put into 8 1/2 x 14 inch casserole dish. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 325 degrees.
