SEVEN SEAS CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/3 c. water
1 1/3 c. rice
1 can peas or green beans
1 can tuna fish
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Combine soup, onion, water, salt and pepper in a pot. Bring to a boil. Pour half into a casserole dish. Put a layer of rice, then a layer of peas or green beans, a layer of tuna fish. Add remaining soup, then sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
