SEVEN SEAS CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. milk or water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 can tuna or 1/2 lb. frozen seafood
1 box frozen peas

Heat soup, milk, salt and tuna until bubbly. Add rice and peas. Heat until hot. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes.

May put Parmesan cheese on top, or add grated onion, sour cream or other cheeses. Be creative. May double - also can use noodles.
