CASSEROLE FROM THE SEA | |
About 2 c. packaged ziti 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. milk 1 (5 oz.) can cleaned shrimp 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced 1 c. minced celery 3 tbsp. snipped parsley 1 tsp. minced onion Curry powder About 1 hour before serving: Cook ziti as package label directs; drain. Start heating oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, in 2 quart casserole, combine soup, mayonnaise, and milk. Add shrimp, rinsed under cold water, tuna, water chestnuts, celery, parsley, onion, and ziti. Sprinkle lightly with curry powder. Bake 30 minutes or until hot. Serve with spinach salad, French bread, ice cream with pineapple chunks, and cookies. Makes 4 servings. |
