CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. Kix cereal, crushed (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. celery, sliced thin
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 (6 3/4 oz.) cans chicken or 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed & drained
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
Topping (below)

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except topping in ungreased 3 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with topping. Bake, uncovered until hot and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes longer.

TOPPING:

Mix:

1 c. Kix cereal, slightly crushed
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Makes 6-8 servings.
