CRUNCHY SEA FOOD CASSEROLE | |
1 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1/4 c. evaporated milk 1 can crab 1 can shrimp 1 (4 oz.) can chow mein noodles 1 c. cashews Combine all the ingredients except the noodles. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Season with salt and pepper. Add 3/4 of the noodles and blend well. Cover the casserole with the remaining noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, until bubbling hot. Serves 8. |
