CRUNCHY GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans french style cut beans, drained 2 sm. cans mushroom pieces 2 cans water chestnuts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1 med. onion, chopped fine 1 can french fried onions 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine first 6 ingredients, seasoning and 1/2 can of french fried onions. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Top dish with 1/2 can french fried onions, grated cheddar or Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings. |
