CRUNCHY POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. bags frozen hash browns 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 sticks butter 1 can cream chicken or mushroom soup 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 c. crushed corn flakes Saute onion in 1 stick butter. Mix other ingredients together (except other stick butter). Put in 9 x 13 glass dish. Top with corn flakes. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees or 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
