CRUNCHY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese, save 3/4 c. for topping
Crushed corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Combine first 5 ingredients and place in greased casserole dish. Mix corn flakes with softened butter and top the casserole. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees covered. Uncover last 15 minutes. Time may vary.
