REFRIGERATED CRESCENT ROLLS 
1 c. cold milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 cake yeast, do not use dry
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour, not quite full
1 cube melted cooled butter

Put together in a mixing bowl the milk, sugar, cake yeast and let it stand for 30 minutes. Add the eggs and 2 cups flour with the salt. Beat with an electric mixer. Add two more cups of flour (not quite full). Work this flour in with a spoon. Add the cooled butter and mix with hands until all of the butter is take up.

Cover and place the dough in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning cut the dough in half. Roll out in a circle about 1/4 inch thick. Cut in pie wedge shapes. Then roll the big side in. Place on a greased baking sheet for 5-6 hours.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. You can make any roll with this dough - cinnamon, etc.
