COUNTRY STYLE POTATO SALAD | |
8 or 10 potatoes 2 boiled eggs (diced) 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard 3 sweet pickles (diced) 1 large sweet onion (diced) one cup of Miracle Whip 1 teaspoon salt Peel and rinse the potatoes, dice, and boil them until they are fairly tender. Rinse off the hot water and add the first four ingredients. Add a teaspoon of salt (or to taste) and a cup of Miracle Whip. Stir gently so as not to mash the potatoes. Add a dash of paprika on top.
