ROLLED PECAN CRESCENTS 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. pecans, ground
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. ice water
1/8 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Roll with palms of hands into finger size lengths using 1 tablespoon of dough at a time. (Chill dough if too soft to work with). Bake on greased sheet. Roll in confectioner's sugar while warm. (325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.) Makes 5 dozen.
