EGG-CHEESE-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese croutons
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. sausage meat, browned
1 tsp. molasses
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Put package of croutons on bottom of pan. Mix eggs, milk, and mushroom soup together and pour over croutons. Add molasses to browned sausage and put over crouton and soup mixture. Top with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
