SAUSAGE, EGG AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
4 or more slices bread, cubed
1 pkg. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Grease pan well. Layer 1/2 of bread cubes, 1/2 sausage and 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour all over. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.

Goes well with fresh fruit and muffins or coffeecake. For brunch, add champagne to orange juice (half and half) for Mimosa.
