SAUSAGE, EGG AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
6 slices bread, crust off
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. grated cheddar
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt (or to taste)

Cook sausage and drain. Set aside. Break bread into small pieces. Place in bottom of pan or casserole dish. Put sausage over top of bread. Sprinkle grated cheddar on top of sausage. Mix eggs, milk and salt. Pour over sausage mixture. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Take out 1 hour before you are ready to bake. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
