GARA MASALA 
1/2 c. coriander seeds
1/2 c. cumin seeds
1/4 c. peppercorns
1 tbsp. whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks, total 9 inches
3 tbsp. cardamom pods

Roast each ingredient separately in small fry pan. Cool all. Process in food processor until fine powder. Store in air tight container.
