The seafood casserole is my favorite. I always buy canned salmon when it on sale and my husband love this casserole. I like to top with french fried onions. I will e-mail recipe to friends.

Cooked this last night, we loved it. I used a 8 oz. bag of frozen small shrimp plus a can of white tuna, and 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning with the French fried onions for the topping. Next time I will try shrimp and scallops or crab meat.
