SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
9 oz. spinach noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can sour cream
1 soup can mayonnaise
Green onions, chopped
8 tbsp. white wine or 4-8 tbsp. lemon juice
Garlic salt to taste
Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. crab
1 lb. shrimp, cooked

Cook noodles al dente. Prepare sauce (soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, onions, liquid, etc.). Arrange noodles in large casserole. Layer seafood over noodles. Pour sauce over seafood. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly. May be made ahead and refrigerated. Serves 8-10.
