FESTIVE SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
12 oz. lump crab
12 oz. cooked shrimp
12 oz. small scallops, sauteed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. half and half cream
3-6 drops Tabasco
4 tbsp. sherry
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. bread crumbs

Saute onions, peppers, celery, and mushrooms in butter. Set aside in large bowl. Add the seafood. Combine remaining ingredients except half the crumbs and half the cheese. Mix well and add to seafood and vegetables; blend.

Place in 2-quart oblong greased casserole. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
