THREE SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. elbow macaroni 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon 1 small onion 1 small green bell pepper 2 garlic cloves 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter In large pot of boiling salted water, cook macaroni until tender, but still firm, 6 to 8 minutes; drain. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine cooked macaroni with well drained and flaked tuna, salmon, crab, chopped onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Spread out evenly. Sprinkle crackers over top. Drizzle on butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated throughout and crumbs are golden brown. Serve hot. |
