HOT CURRIED FRUIT 
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks
1 lg. can peaches
1 lg. can apricots
1 lg. can pears
4 bananas

Cut fruits in large pieces and drain well. Mix together:

1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. curry powder

Put fruits in large casserole and pour over sauce. (May chill now.) Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serves 12.
