2 (1 lb.) cans fruit for salad (or equivalent in assorted canned fruits) 2 bananas, sliced 1/2 c. butter, melted 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder Drain canned fruit and let stand in colander overnight in refrigerator. Next day, make a sauce of butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Arrange over fruit, and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serves 6-8. |
