HOT CURRY FRUIT 
1 lg. can pears
1 can peach halves
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can apricot halves

All cans approximate 1 pound size.

1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter

Drain fruit saving a little juice. Place fruit in casserole dish (11x13). Melt butter and pour over fruit. Mix brown sugar and spices and sprinkle over fruit. Add a little juice and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
