HOT CURRIED FRUIT 
2 cans chunky fruit
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Drain fruit. Melt butter, stir in brown sugar and curry powder. Spoon over fruit and stir. For microwave, cook 6 minutes on high, stirring half way through total time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
