PORK LOIN MARINADE 
1 bottle Italian dressing (I use Wishbone)
4 tsp. crushed rosemary
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 (12 oz.) can beer (your choice)
9 drops liquid smoke
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup red wine
5 tbsp. red wine

Marinate pork loin for two days in refrigerator before grilling on barbecue rotisserie.
