PORK TENDERLOIN MARINADE
6 tbsp. olive or peanut oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over pork tenderloin, cover with plastic wrap and microwave 10 minutes on lowest setting (10%). Remove from microwave and grill for 20 minutes or just until cooked through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

Tried this marinade last evening - it was really delicious. All the ingredients blended nicely for a tangy flavor. Would definitely try this again.

Just tried this one. It's too cold to grill, so I baked the tenderloin at 350°F for 50 minutes while continuing to baste. This recipe is wonderful and tasty!

I didn't microwave this....just cooked it longer on the gas grill. My husband and I loved it!! The marinade gave it a little smoked flavor as though we had cooked on the charcoal grill.

My family and friends love this marinade. I have been using it for many years now and I always get compliments. I marinade overnight instead of the quicker microwave version and the pork is tender and delicious.
