BARBECUED PORK CHOP MARINADE 
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
Grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
1/8 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper; optional
4 pork chops

Whisk together garlic, lemon juice, oil, rind, rosemary, basil, and pepper. Place in gallon Ziploc bag the pork chops then pour in marinade. Seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Turn occasionally. Drain, reserve marinade; brush on chops while cooking. Grill about 6 minutes each side or until juices run clear. Exchanges - can use ribs or pork roast also.
