BARBEQUE PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Butter
1/2 onion
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Dash seasoning
Water
Barbeque
Green peppers

Poke (tenderize) holes in pork chops on both sides. Sprinkle seasonings on both sides. Cut up green pepper, then put meat into frying pan. Add the water and butter. Add green pepper. Let meat simmer in water until meat begins to boil or until meat is tender, then add barbeque sauce. Let cook another 5 to 10 minutes.
