BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS WITH RICE 
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. quick cooking long grain rice
1 env. instant tomato soup mix
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. barbeque seasoning spices
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
6 loin pork chops

Combine onion, celery, green pepper, tomato soups, water, salt, pepper, tomatoes and rice in 3 quart casserole. Brown pork chops which are seasoned with barbeque spices. Place pork chops on top of rice and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
