SIMPLE MARINADE FOR PORK 
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 or 2 cloves garlic, sliced or chopped
1/2 inch fresh ginger, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 pineapple slices, chopped

Put all ingredients in a zip top bag and mix well, add any pork (loin, ribs or chops). Recipe may be doubled, depending on amount of pork used. Let sit overnight.

I have used this both in the oven as well as the grill. Its great!!!!
