“FAJITA MARINADE FOR BEEF, CHICKEN, OR PORK” IS IN:

FAJITA MARINADE FOR BEEF,
CHICKEN, OR PORK
 
2 lb. skirt steak, chicken breast (deboned), or pork tenderloin
flour tortillas

Marinade:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 large onion, sliced
1 can beer (your choice)

Mix everything together. Add beer to complete the marinade. Add meat. Marinate for 1 hour to overnight.

Thank goodness, a real fajitas marinade recipe! Just to mention, tequila can be substituted for the beer. I would recommend no more than 1/3 of a cup, too much is, well, too much and over powering. I learned the hard way.
