PASTA AND BROCCOLI 
1 box frozen broccoli pieces
4 cloves crushed garlic
4-5 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. uncooked pasta
Parmesan cheese to taste

Brown garlic in oil. Pour in 2 cups of water and frozen broccoli. Cook until broccoli is tender.

In large pot cook 1 pound pasta. Reserve 1 cup of hot water from pasta. Drain pasta. In large serving bowl or pot add pasta, broccoli mixture and 1 cup hot water. Toss together. Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
