PASTA AND BROCCOLI 
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
Juice from 1 lemon
1 lb. pasta
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

In frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil. Steam broccoli lightly in large pan. Transfer into frying pan and add butter, salt and pepper and lemon juice. In same pot you used for the broccoli, cook pasta. When finished, mix together and add cheese.
