BROCCOLI AND GARLIC PASTA 
1 bunch broccoli
1 (16 oz.) pkg. linguini pasta
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can of diced tomatoes
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 c. Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
red pepper flakes

Prepare linguini according to package. Over medium heat, cook broccoli and garlic in hot oil for 2 minutes.

Add broth and tomatoes, bring to a boil and cook 6 minutes. Drain pasta, place in bowl with broccoli mixture, top with red pepper flakes and cheese.
