PASTA AND BROCCOLI 
1 bunch broccoli, steamed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese (or American cheese)
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese (or Parmesan)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. white wine
1 pkg. (16 oz.) ziti macaroni (hot, cooked and drained)

Chop broccoli; set aside. Cook and stir garlic in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Add broccoli, cook and stir 4 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese, Romano cheese, butter, broth and wine, stir. Simmer until cheese melts. Pour sauce over ziti in large bowl; toss gently to coat. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
