PASTA CON BROCCOLI 
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 lb. rigatoni

CHEESE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. half & half
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Garlic to taste

Melt butter, blend in flour. Gradually stir in half and half and stock until thickened. Stir in cheese, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Heat just until cheese is melted. Cook broccoli. Combine with cooked pasta. Pour cheese sauce over pasta and broccoli. Toss and serve. Enough for family get togethers. Cut down for 2 to 4 people.
