PASTA AND BROCCOLI 
3 c. broccoli, cut into flowerets
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained slightly, chopped
3 c. cooked pasta spirals

Steam broccoli until tender-crisp, about 8 minutes.

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until lightly browned. Add tomatoes. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through. Add broccoli. Cook until heated. Add pasta. Toss gently until mixture is well blended and hot. 6 servings.
