GAZPACHO 
1 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 c. V-8 juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 tsp. horseradish, drained
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. seeded tomatoes
1 c. peeled and seeded cucumber
3/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. vodka (optional)

Place tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper and onion in food processor. Whisk together first 9 ingredients. Add the processed vegetables and 1 cup ice water. Combine the mixture well. Chill soup covered 1 hour. The soup may be made a day ahead, kept covered and chilled. Serves 4.
