GAZPACHO 
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, refrigerated ahead of time
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 dash of garlic powder

1. Puree tomatoes, onions, and green peppers in blender.

2. Add garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3. Blend all well.

4. Refrigerate if not used immediately. (If not used immediately, blend again before serving, or if bottled shake well.)

GARNISH:

Diced peppers
Diced onions
Diced cucumbers
Diced hard boiled eggs
Croutons

Serve gazpacho cold. Let each person garnish according to their own taste.
