CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. sliced onions
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. butter
Paprika

Alternate layers of potatoes, onions, and cheese in casserole dish. Combine soup and milk and pour over potatoes. Garnish with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.

This was awesome! None left with my teen boys and husband! I baked at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours....but we like it heavily browned. I will make this a regular on my menu! Thanks!

made these for Easter dinner.. um, ya.. 45 minutes at 350°F was closer to two hours for a 9 x 13 pan... definitely worth making again.. maybe with cheddar cheese soup next time? Oh and I used a combination of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese!
