CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) Kraft Natural shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
4 c. potatoes, sliced

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix salad dressing and flour. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to boil. Add Cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Place potatoes in 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Top with salad dressing mixture; cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Uncover. Continue baking 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
