CHEESY POTATOES 
3 large baking potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
salt
coarsely ground pepper
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
4-5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup butter

Place potato slices on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil; cover with onion slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon; dot with butter. Wrap tightly in foil. Cook about 1 hour on grill. Turn several times.

Serves 6.
