BROCCOLI GAZPACHO 
1 jar (about 15 oz.) marinara sauce
2 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
Lemon slices for garnish

In a medium size bowl mix marinara sauce, beef broth, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce until blended. Add broccoli and onion; stir to mix. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled or overnight. Garnish each serving with a lemon slice or two. Makes 5 cups.
