GAZPACHO 
1 med. peeled cucumber, diced fine
1 sm. bell pepper, diced fine
2 med. tomatoes, peeled, seeded & diced
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. tomato juice
1 sm. can sm. shrimp or shredded crab
3 tbsp. salad oil (may use less)
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Salt, pepper & garlic salt to taste

Combine and chill 2 hours. Can easily double.
