GAZPACHO 
1/2 c. celery
1 green pepper
1/2 onion
1/2-3/4 cucumber
2-4 fresh tomatoes
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
3 (12 oz.) cans spicy hot V-8 juice
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Italian dressing
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 dashes Tabasco
1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Blend 1 ingredient at a time in a food processor or blender. Chill for 2-4 hours. Can be garnished with seasoned croutons, chopped hard boiled eggs. Guests can add more Tabasco to taste!
