GAZPACHO SOUP | |
3 c. tomato sauce 1 cucumber, peeled & diced to 1/4" pieces 2 stalks celery, diced 1/4" 1/3 green pepper, diced 1/4" 1 c. fresh tomato, diced 2 tbsp. dry onion flakes 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 c. water Combine and chill several hours before serving. Store in refrigerator. DO NOT HEAT. Shake a few parsley flakes on each bowl. Good for lunch box or light supper. |
