EASY GAZPACHO 
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 c. water
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 -1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 finely chopped tomato
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. finely chopped cucumbers
Parsley flakes

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth sealable quart or 1 1/2 quart container. Chill. Shake before serving. Serve with cheddar cheese, crackers, olives, cut up vegetables. Serve chilled.
