HOT DOG AND CHEESE BAKE 
4 slices bread, buttered and cubed
8 hot dogs, cut into 1/4-inch coins
8 oz. cheddar cheese, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Put 1/4 bread and hot dogs in buttered casserole dish, 1/4 cheese over that - repeat ending with cheese. Sprinkle diced green peppers over top.

Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Serves 6.
