VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans mixed vegetables, drained (Veg-All)
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and diced
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small diced onion
1 cup stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine first five ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Melt two tablespoons of butter and coat the stuffing mix well and then spread this on top of the other ingredients.

Bake at 325°F for about 25 minutes.
